Electronic Document Design, LLC stands behind every product we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we’ll be happy make an exchange, or refund the purchase price. Simply contact us with the details of your request within 30 days of your purchase. This refund or exchange policy applies to products as they are sold, and is not valid if the purchaser has attempted alterations to the product.

Custom Products and Services
For any product or service other than those available for immediate download from Electronic Document Design’s web site, edocdesign.com, refunds and exchanges are not available. However, we will make corrections to satisfy the original work order. Please send a specific and detailed request in writing within 10 days of receipt of the completed order via the form on our Contact Us page. Changes not defined herein are billable at then-current rates.
