Enable Reader Extensions
Allow users to save data into a PDF form. If your form meets the EULA requirements, paragraph 16.8.3, we can enable Reader Extensions for $10 per form. As of version 8, PDF forms can now be enabled so that Acrobat® Reader® users can save data into the form. Without enabling Reader Extensions, saving the form in Acrobat® Reader® creates a blank copy.
