We support the right to free speech. However will not post or accept work on any content that violates state, federal, or internet laws. We may also refuse work for any reason, including offensive content.
The customer retains sole copyright, ownership, and control over all materials submitted to Electronic Document Design, LLC for review or editing. The customer also retains copyright over any materials Electronic Document Design, LLC creates specifically your use, unless otherwise agreed-upon. Electronic Document Design, LLC retains copyright of original ready-made documents available for sale on edocdesign.com.
All documents are edited or created to meet high quality standards; however, Electronic Document Design, LLC does not guarantee content to be error-free.
You will only receive email and/or mail from Electronic Document Design, LLC necessary to the processing of your order unless you specifically choose to subscribe to our email program. Users may unsubscribe from our email program and/or other mailing programs by sending an email to unsubscribe@ edocdesign.com.

Electronic Document Design, LLC stands behind every product we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we’ll be happy make an exchange, or refund the purchase price. Simply contact us with the details of your request within 30 days of your purchase. This refund or exchange policy applies to products as they are sold, and is not valid if the purchaser has attempted alterations to the product.
Custom Products and Services
For any product or service other than those available for immediate download from Electronic Document Design’s web site, edocdesign.com, refunds and exchanges are not available. However, we will make corrections to satisfy the original work order. Please send a specific and detailed request in writing within 10 days of receipt of the completed order via the form on our Contact Us page. Changes not defined herein are billable at then-current rates. If a customer violates any of the Terms & Conditions, Electronic Document Design, LLC reserves the right to terminate services any time. Electronic Document Design, LLC also reserves the right to deny service to any customer or prospective customer for any reason. Electronic Document Design, LLC is not responsible for delays in service that result from technical problems, acts of God, terrorism, or war. However, you may request a termination of service based on such circumstances. Terms of such a termination are to be negotiated in good faith between Electronic Document Design, LLC, and the customer at the time of termination.

Unfortunately, such inaccurate information may relate directly to the price of a product, the description of a product, or to its availability.
